The 2011 Tavern Restaurant Group Woodford Proprietors Reserve is now available!
Woodford Reserve is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon. Each year, our owner Nick Sanders takes a trip to the Woodford Reserve distillery to create our own hand-crafted small batch Proprietors Reserve. The 2011 Proprietors Reserve is now available at Nicholson's. It has a floral aroma and hints of caramel, ginger and peach with a smooth finish.
To celebrate the launch of this year’s Proprietors Reserve, we created, the Burnt Orange Julep. Inspired by the classic Kentucky cocktail, the Mint Julep we made our own version using our Woodford Proprietors Reserve and burnt orange simple syrup. It is served over ice and garnished with a burnt orange.
