It’s the most wonderful time of the year…for making cocktails!

Joey Fredrickson, our cocktail guru at Nicholson’s has created some amazing cocktails that are perfect for your next holiday get together or special occasion.

Below is a step by step video tutorial for the WalNUTStreetCRACKER and the Hot Buttered Sugar Plum, two drinks off of our Nutcracker themed cocktail menu at Nicholson’s.  Both of these delicious cocktails are sure to be a huge hit among all your friends and family.


walNUTstreetCRACKER


Ingredients:
1.5oz. Fig Infused Vodka
¾ oz. Fresh Orange Juice
¾ oz. Crème Anglaise
Absinthe (rimmed)

Directions:
Shake ingredients and pour into a coup glass rimmed with absinthe and ground walnuts.

 

Hot Buttered Sugar Plum

Ingredients:
2oz. Plum Infused Bourbon
1 TBSP Compound Butter
5oz. Black Tea
½ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Amaretto

Directions:
Scoop butter into coffee glass.  Fill with hot black tea and stir.  Fill glass with all other ingredients.  Garnish with a bay leaf.
