Madame Rose's flipped up craft beer cocktail Recipe 

Add
1.5 oz. of Ron Zacapa rum
.5 oz. of House orgeat
Egg whites from 1 egg

Shake and strain

Top with 3oz. Madame Rose

Garnished w/ toasted almond stuffed luxardo cherry.
